What do you love about your job?
I believe proper planning is one of the most loving gifts a person can give. Through the creation of personalized and powerful legal documents, I love helping clients memorialize their wishes, providing peace of mind while they are living and giving a true gift to loved ones after an unexpected event such as disability, incapacity or death. In addition, I love counseling clients on the importance of their personal and family legacy as well as assisting clients through difficult times after the loss of a loved one. My clients call me empathetic and passionate about what I do.
Where did you grow up?
I was an Air Force “brat" and have therefore lived all over the globe. While I was born in Spain, I have also lived in Alaska, North Dakota, Texas, Florida and New Hampshire. I’m happy to call Denver home now for over a decade – the longest I’ve lived any one place in my life.
What else should I know about you?
When I was growing up, I spent every summer with my grandparents and great-grandmother. This experience truly shaped who I am today. I am also an Air Force Veteran, having served 4 years active duty (1993-1997). I am married to Beau (who is also a veteran (Army)), and I have three wonderful children – Raya (13), Julia (10) & Jacob (7). I have one sweet dog and enjoy traveling (internationally and domestically - I have visited 45 states), exercising, yoga, cooking and reading.
